    It was my first visit using a new loyalty card. The attendant could see I was having difficulty: he chipped in to ask if I needed help. When I explained, he spent a good few minutes with me explaining how to use it and then to show me what benefits I was eligible for. He then came out from behind the counter and got all the items for me. Super helpful, and it made for a very positive experience. Thank you Ultramar.
